제 1 조 (목적)
본 약관은 레드클립(이하 '회사')이 개발 및 서비스하는 모바일 블록 퍼즐 게임 'Block King'(이하 '게임' 또는 '서비스')의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무, 책임사항 및 기타 필요한 제반 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제 2 조 (용어의 정의)
- '서비스': 회사가 제공하는 'Block King' 게임 애플리케이션 및 이와 관련된 글로벌 랭킹, 백업/복구 등의 제반 서비스를 의미합니다.
- '이용자': 본 약관에 동의하고 애플리케이션을 다운로드하여 게임을 이용하는 모든 플레이어를 의미합니다.
- '게임 데이터': 이용자가 게임을 플레이하며 생성한 점수, 스테이지 진행 상태, 달성 업적, 테마 설정 등을 의미합니다.
- '복구 코드': 기기 변경 시 게임 데이터를 안전하게 이전하기 위해 시스템에서 발급하는 고유 식별 코드를 의미합니다.
제 3 조 (광고의 게재)
회사는 서비스 운영을 위해 게임 내에 Google AdMob 등을 통한 배너 광고 및 보상형 동영상 광고를 게재할 수 있습니다. 단, 아동 및 노약자 보호를 위한 주니어(Junior) 모드에서는 광고가 일절 노출되지 않습니다.
제 4 조 (이용자의 의무 및 금지 행위)
이용자는 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
- 게임 클라이언트 또는 네트워크 패킷을 임의로 변조, 해킹, 역공학하는 행위
- 비정상적인 매크로, 치트 프로그램을 사용하여 비정상적인 점수나 랭킹을 조작하는 행위
- 타인의 고유 복구 코드를 무단으로 도용하거나 양도, 판매하는 행위
- 미풍양속을 저해하거나 타인에게 불쾌감을 주는 닉네임을 생성하는 행위
※ 위반 행위가 확인될 경우, 회사는 사전 통보 없이 해당 닉네임의 랭킹 기록 삭제 및 글로벌 랭킹 등록 차단 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
제 5 조 (데이터 저장 및 면책 조항)
- 게임 데이터는 이용자의 기기에 우선 저장되며, 글로벌 랭킹 및 복구 코드가 활성화된 경우에 한해 클라우드 서버(Supabase)에 안전하게 동기화됩니다.
- 이용자가 [모든 데이터 초기화]를 실행하거나 기기를 초기화/앱을 삭제하여 발생한 데이터 유실에 대해 회사는 고의 또는 중과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 회사는 천재지변, 통신망 장애 등 불가항력적인 사유로 인해 서비스가 일시 중단되는 경우 책임을 면합니다.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Redclip ('Company') and players using the mobile puzzle game 'Block King' ('Service').
Article 2 (Definitions)
- 'Service': The 'Block King' mobile app and related leaderboard and cloud recovery features.
- 'User': Any player downloading and using the game under these Terms.
- 'Game Data': High scores, stage progress, achievements, and settings generated by the user.
- 'Recovery Code': The unique 8-character identifier for transferring game progress across devices.
Article 3 (Advertisements)
The Service delivers banner and rewarded ads powered by Google AdMob to provide free gameplay. The Junior Mode remains completely ad-free for child/senior protection.
Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
Users must not engage in:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying game files/network packets.
- Using unauthorized cheats, bots, or score manipulation tools.
- Stealing or transferring other users' recovery codes.
- Using offensive or inappropriate nicknames on leaderboards.
※ Violations may result in leaderboard disqualification without prior notice.
Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)
- Game data is saved locally and synced to secure cloud servers only for leaderboard/recovery features.
- The Company is not liable for data loss from device resets, app deletion, or user negligence.
- The Company is excused from service interruptions caused by force majeure or network outages.
